So I watched this fun video,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrYe_4vHzgE
and was reminded of a question I've wondered a long time, how do you KNOW your opponent's cap level? I could imagine have a vamp and seeing if you get cap from them, but that seems imprecise. ... is it a matter of knowing how much cap you neut and the size of their cap?
I've heard others state in vent/ts about opponent's cap as well, how? Repair Drones should be able to repair anyone ... really, they should. -áThink of them as the first targetable subsystem if you're worried about PvP and for missions if someone wants Rep drones over a flight of Hobs, who cares. -áThere is no reasonable objection here other than it's always been that way (so was RR until recently). |

I understand capping them out, but what about the "knowing" 30% cap? Ship scanner displays current cap levels? or just gives you an idea of how fast they will be eating cap? well I'll be damned ...
Is this addition NEW? since 2007/8 ish?
I often fly a curse and iirc ship scanners are mid slots and those are already pretty effing tight. Cap level is only one of things it will reveal.
Agree for low/null, I fight almost exclusively in holes, but I'm adding scanners to several ships now.
Thanks all
